Postsecondary Success of Young Adults: State Policies and Practices

This study describes and analyzes adult education college and career readiness efforts in over a third of the states in the United States. While it focuses on young adults, the policies and practices discussed are not limited in their use but relevant to adult learners of all ages in programs receiving WIA Title II funding.
