We are pleased to introduce to you "College Pathways" - an Adult Basic Education - to - College Transition Initiative - a new program of Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) managed by LearningWorks. LearningWorks is ABCD"s Center for Adult Education and Training.

College Pathways is designed for hard-working individuals like you, individuals who have taken the time and made the effort to earn a certificate through a GED/EDP or ESOL Program, individuals who have the determination to achieve success through earning a College Degree.

At College Pathways you can take advantage of the following services:

  • A teacher and tutors will work with you to improve your skills in Language Arts, Math, Computers, and study habits.
  • A counselor will help you identify and apply to colleges.
  • The counselor and other resource people will assist you in applying for financial aid.
  • You will receive ongoing assistance from the counselor throughout all phases of the program. The program sessions are scheduled for fourteen weeks.
  • Classes will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at our center.
