Within the Office of Postsecondary Education (OPE) is the FIPSE program. This Web page is updated each year with information on the current grant competition. There is also a database of former projects that may be useful in your search for funding.

One of the TRIO programs specifically addresses the needs of adult learners. The Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) program established by TRIO, provides services -- such as basic skills workshops, tutoring, mentoring and visits to the college campus, to assist adults (especially low-income or first generation college students) in continuing their education.
