closing the relationship

Some mentors may only be available to work with their partners for a semester while others may be available the full year or longer. Eventually the mentoring partnerships must come to an end. Whether or not the relationship worked, it is important for mentors and partners to bring closure to the relationship. Here are some steps to help close out the relationship.
