The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), based on Carl Jung's
idea of psychological types, is an instrument for understanding
personality and measuring preference. There are 16 personality
types and the MBTI can determine the various combinations of
these personality types. The MBTI is supposed to help people
improve personal and work relationships, identify leaders and
identify communication styles.
