The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), based on Carl Jung's idea of psychological types, is an instrument for understanding personality and measuring preference. There are 16 personality types and the MBTI can determine the various combinations of these personality types. The MBTI is supposed to help people improve personal and work relationships, identify leaders and identify communication styles.

Career Voyages -- Section for Career Advisors

While this site is designed for traditional students, the Career Advisors section is full of good advice and activities on high-demand occupations applicable to adults. The site includes InDemand Magazine, a series of engaging and downloadable magazines on specific occupations.
