John Comings
John Comings is a Principal International Technical Advisor at the Education Development Center in Newton, MA. Until July 2008, he was Director of the National Center for the Study of Adult Learning and Literacy (NCSALL) and a member of the faculty of the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Before coming to Harvard in 1996, Dr. Comings spent 12 years as Vice-President of the Literacy Division at World Education, Inc. He also directed the State Literacy Resource Center in Massachusetts and led projects to improve the teaching of both math and health in adult education programs
